Nunni is a UK-registered small business offering a curated selection of functional, design-led homeware and everyday essentials. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are described as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT (where relevant). We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, and availability at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud or error.

4. Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the UK. Orders are sent via standard delivery (non-tracked).
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, Nunni is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the postal service.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please contact us at [your email] before sending your return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.

All content on this site — including product photos, branding, logo, and copy — is the property of Nunni and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure everything is accurate and up to date, but Nunni cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from use of our site or products.

We respect your privacy. We do not collect or store personal data beyond what’s needed to process your order. We do not run email marketing or store customer accounts at this time.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
