- In the same condition as received

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods, personal care items, or intimate products
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
3. How to Start a Return

Important: Do not send your item back to the supplier address on the parcel. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions upon reviewing your request.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
5. Refunds
