  • In the same condition as received

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, or intimate products
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


3. How to Start a Return

Important: Do not send your item back to the supplier address on the parcel. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions upon reviewing your request.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.


5. Refunds

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
